How we handle what you give us when you sign up for the Living Tabletop test.

Who we are

TYCHRION ARCANE CAPITAL LTD, Cyprus (Tychrion.com) runs this site and the test. Write to us at tabletop@tychrion.com.

What we keep

Your e-mail address, your computer (Mac or Windows), the language you want to play in, what you like to play if you tell us, when you signed up, and a one-way hash of your internet address, which only stops automated sign-ups. Nothing else.

Why

Only to invite you to the test and send you your tester code. We do this because you agreed to it. We send no newsletters and use the address for nothing else.

Where it is and who sees it

On our test server at Amazon Web Services in Frankfurt, in the EU. Only we see it. We do not sell it, share it, or send it to any other service.

This site

No cookies, no analytics, no tracking. The page remembers the language you chose, in your own browser only.

How long

Until the ALPHA tests end; then we delete it. If you ask us to delete it, we do it at once. If we invite you, the test terms in the game apply from then on.

Your rights

You can ask us what we keep about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw your consent at any time: write to tabletop@tychrion.com from the address you signed up with. You can also complain to the data protection authority in Cyprus or in the country where you live.

Changes

If this text changes, it gets a new version. We will not use your address for anything new without asking you first.
